Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below [I find the response by Mr [redacted] be interesting at the least If there was another option along the lines of "Wait and See" I would have chosen that option instead of the offered "Accept" or "Reject" options Mr [redacted] claims he spoke to me in July about this complaint This is incorrect My communications with this agency after the first initial contact inquirying about insurance have been solely in writing One was through the Allstate website and the other was letter mailed to his office In neither instance was there any response The last such occurrence occurred many months before the receipt of the letter that is the basis of this complaint Although Mr [redacted] ' claim that my name is off the mailing list, if true, answers my complaint sufficiently to be an acceptable resolution to this matter, I believe the manner of his response claiming a conversation with while also ignoring the previous written requests to be removed from the mailing list, strongly suggest his response to be merely words manufactured to make himself look good in this matter I sincerely hope he follows it up with actions to take me off the mailing list Such action or inaction cannot be verified by me without the passage of time For those reasons I cannot conclude this matter is resolved to my satisfaction If the Revdex.com wishes to conclude the matter has been resolved acceptably, I will accept that conclusion However, know that another mailing will result in another complaint.Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
[I find the response by Mr. [redacted] be interesting at the least. If there was another option along the lines of "Wait and See" I would have chosen that option instead of the offered "Accept" or "Reject" options. Mr. [redacted] claims he spoke to me in July about this complaint. This is incorrect. My communications with this agency after the first initial contact inquirying about insurance have been solely in writing. One was through the Allstate website and the other was letter mailed to his office. In neither instance was there any response. The last such occurrence occurred many months before the receipt of the letter that is the basis of this complaint. Although Mr. [redacted]' claim that my name is off the mailing list, if true, answers my complaint sufficiently to be an acceptable resolution to this matter, I believe the manner of his response claiming a conversation with while also ignoring the previous written requests to be removed from the mailing list, strongly suggest his response to be merely words manufactured to make himself look good in this matter. I sincerely hope he follows it up with actions to take me off the mailing list. Such action or inaction cannot be verified by me without the passage of time. For those reasons I cannot conclude this matter is resolved to my satisfaction. If the Revdex.com wishes to conclude the matter has been resolved acceptably, I will accept that conclusion. However, know that another mailing will result in another complaint.Regards,
