We regret and apologize for any inconvenience to [redacted] regarding his refinance. The employee involved in this transaction was let go a month ago which is probably why the clients refund slipped through the cracks. We will be sending a check today for $450. to [redacted].

our internal DNC list and I also advised him in the conversation to add himself to the National DNC list since he is not on there as our leads are all scrubbed vs the DNC registry. Also please reply that this was received as I see there is stills complaint up from 2 years ago on your site that I addressed back in 2014. I also attached a copy of that response to this email so it can be dealt with accordingly.
