Great Site
Customer service was amazing, I needed help cancelling and they helped me and even let me know how I could cancel it myself in the future or still contact them.

The site itself is super unique and amazing. I had to cancel to save some money for christmas but I'll be back right after christmas to see all the new updates. Keep up the great work

I am rejecting this response because: I would like to first address the fact that the company fails to even address the real issue at stake, the unauthorized $37+ charge to my accountRather, they prefer to point the finger at the customerIf the company had any issue with the customer requesting a refund for unauthorized charges, then they could have resolved it with simple communicationInstead, they cancelled the membership, without notice, and refused to refund the amount paid for that membershipThe only reason I asked my bank for a refund was because I did not receive a timely response from the companyFurthermore, the bank only issued me a refund for the unauthorized $37+ charge on my accountThe membership was for 30-days for $29.95, but I was charged in excess of $Thus, I only asked for the additional charge back, and is what I receivedAfter receiving this $refund, the company revoked my membership and kept the $I had to go through my bank to receive another refundAlso, the membership was never contingent upon the number of downloads, it was only based on timeThus, the company did not fulfill their end of the bargain

This complaint is inaccurateAfter having downloads to a monthly membership site the customer asked for a refundHe was granted oneHowever, for reasons unbeknownst to us, he still proceeded with disputing the charge despite receiving a refundOnce the customer disputes a charge with the
issuing bank it is now 100% out of our hands and absolutely zero we can at that point to further satisfy the customerIn short, the customer ended in the positive because he got the money back from us & will receive an additional credit from his bankI should be the one filing the complaint.Best

If the company had any issue with the customer  requesting a refund for unauthorized charges, then they could have resolved it with simple communication. Instead, they cancelled the membership, without notice, and refused to refund the amount paid for that membership. The only reason I asked my bank for a refund was because I did not receive a timely response from the company. Furthermore, the bank only issued me a refund for the unauthorized $37+ charge on my account. The membership was for 30-days for $29.95, but I was charged in excess of $68. Thus, I only asked for the additional charge back, and is what I received. After receiving this $37 refund, the company revoked my membership and kept the $29.95. I had to go through my bank to receive another refund. Also, the membership was never contingent upon the number of downloads, it was only based on time. Thus, the company did not fulfill their end of the bargain.
