Owner not arriving to look at our furnace,hanging up during our phone conversations. Equipment he installed has never worked properly.
The company installed our new furnace and hot water heater in 8/2011. Furnace has never functioned properly. The downstairs of our home doesn't reach the temp the thermostat is set to, while up stairs is constantly 20+° warmer than the set temp. Had the owner out to look at it December 2011 and he stated he thought there was a draft behind the thermostat. That wouldn't explain the hot temps up stairs, but we insulated behind it anyway. Notified him of no change, and got a run around about the cold temps we were having. 2012 the owner was out for the same reasons and couldn't tell me what was causing the problem. Continued giving me the run around. 1/2/14 owner came out and says now he thinks one of my circulatory pumps is sorry circuiting and pulls the fuse off for it, and says that should help. Tells me I need vacume out my baseboard as they were dirty, and that too should help the issue. None of which would still explain the hot temps on mutt second floor. Called him 1/3/14 and told him by him pulling that fuse out we lost heat alltogether on my second floor, and I put the fuse back in its place to regain heat. He tells me to pull the fuse back out and own the pipe to allow water flow. He states he would be out later that day to look at it. Contacted him at 3:00pm that afternoon and he states he was very busy he'd be out sometime before midnight, and hangs up on me. At 9:45pm my husband contacted him to make sure he was still coming and he said he didn't need deal with my [redacted] and that he told me to leave the fuse unplugged. He hung up on my husband four more times and claims he'd be out tomorrow 1/4 but that it has been over two years, and it's nothing he did to it. He claims the furnace was installed properly but yet every winter I've called him with the same complaints. There has never been a reason or solution given as to why there is such a temp difference between my two floors in my home.
