De-Stress Cafe

Review: My sister bought a gift certificate from the Destress Cafe for my wife for her birthday.My wife made an appt.,nobody showed up.She called immediateley and many more times in the ensuing months leaving voicemals,none were returned.I then took it up and at one period spoke with a person at an answering service,spoke with the property mgr. of the storefront and spoke and texted with her father(owner of Vin Dal limo services-his business has a link to her website)explaining the situation and leaving contact info,all to no avail.Btw the business owners name is [redacted].The gift certificate which we still have is for $100,we are seeking a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund and written apology.
