I bought a recliner, sofa, and love seat that cost over $2,from Midway in MarchAbout three weeks ago, I noticed pieces of the couch near the edges started to chip, crack, and flake offThis is the first big furniture purchase that my wife and I have made and take really good care of our furnitureI contacted Midway about the problem, emailed pictures, etcand was told that they would look at the pictures to make a decision if it was warranty-coveredI was told about days ago that I would be contacted this week about the problem being resolved or not-coveredNo one called me this week to let me know if Midway was going to help My two problems with Midway are: One, the quality of [redacted] material is subpar and we couldn't have taken better care of this furniture to ensure it lasts for yearsSecond, and most importantly, Midway should call customers back and to resolve their problemsThe only time I spoke to the manager on the phone, I had to call him after sending h

I placed a furniture order with Midway Furniture on 2/3/When the bunk beds I ordered were delivered they were damaged because they apparently could not get a new one in and brought me the display from their floorWhen I called to check on the unserved storage I ordered, after multiple calls I was finally told that the company has a high minimum order before they will send anything to them and it could take months or more to getI asked about getting a discount since the bed they brought me was a damaged display and [redacted] said he didn’t know how they could do that since it was financedI do not feel like I should have to pay full price for a damaged itemI should have been told when I placed the order that they would have a hard time getting a new oneI have called and been told someone would call me back and never received a call backI am tired of waiting

We are on our 3rd defective mattress purchased from Midway Furniture. Our original mattress was purchased over the summer of 2016. Midway has exchanged two of the mattresses for us. We are currently waiting on a call back from Midway to see what they are willing to do about the 3rd mattress. I honestly feel like this company is not selling quality mattresses but are passing them off to be. They are very difficult to deal with and the male manager, named ***, is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a business setting. After the last phone conversation [redacted] and I had, I decided to let my husband deal with him from here on out. The reason that we are on our third mattress is that they refused to give us a refund initially so basically, the only option we had was to upgrade to what we thought was a better mattress (and yes, we did pay more money for it) just to discover that the upgrade was no better than the first one. I bought a very expensive sectional in November It is now August & I still do not have this issue resolved When the couch was delivered, on Saturday, December 12, it was missing the metal bracket that connects the chaise to the next piece of couch The delivery guy stated he would tell someone at the office as soon as he gets back and could come back the next weekend to fix it I got a phone call later that day from the delivery guy and he said he had forgotten to get me to sign a very important paper and asked if I could come by the office to sign it so I went to the office days later to sign it for themWhile there I asked about the bracket that was to be ordered but they did not know anything about it and said for me to call and speak to ***, the sales rep that I bought it fromSo a day later I called and *** stated she would order for meI made numerous calls over the next months to ask about it and no one knew anythingIn February 2016, *** c

We went into store on February to look @ furnitureNot intending to purchase that day but the Sales Lady stated she could do a credit application and we would know on the following MondayWe really like the living room set so we completed the applicationOn Monday Feb the finance company called and we were approvedSpoke to Sales rep at Midway and she said she would order the furniture that day and we would have in about weeksToday Wednesday March 9th and my furniture still has not arrivedThe gentleman at Midway informed me the loveseat came in but the sofa was scheduled for deliver this Friday but he would not guarantee that it would be thereHe said it could be next weekIt's been over a month and I'm going to be making my first payment before I even get my furnitureIn my opinion this is pretty bad businessI have read several complaints regarding the same issue I am having
