I hired this company for a small move this month and it was the WORST company that I have ever used!!! They complained during the entire move that it was such a small job (nearly hours of time @ $an hour)!! Make sure that you take out insurance as they had cracked a dresser and said that it was made that way!! Additionally they took the back off of a Lazy-Boy chair and put it back on wrong!! They showed absolutely NO care or concern for our belongings!!

They were very mindful of the wet weather and laid pads on my floors They protected my doorways and railings with moving padsThey were respectful of my wishes and very helpfulThe furniture they assembled was a top-notch job They were efficient yet very careful Their prices were reasonableThey even asked at the end of the move if there was anything else they could help me with Also, they swept out my storage unit (from which they moved my furniture) so I wouldn't have to return later to do it I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

My move was smooth and easy with their help Their quote was accurate and offered me the flexibility to choose options that suited my needs They were available by phone prior to the move, punctual to pack, punctual to deliver, and not one item was scratched or broken I moved from Ohio to North Carolina, and my builder wishes they could move all his new owners because they were so careful not to scratch of mar new walls and doors From *** in the office and *** who did my home appraisal to my packing and delivery team headed by *** with help from *** and ***, I thank you for your concern, thoughtfulness, and expertise! Still smiling and grateful for all you did to help me!
