I just had Maumee Valley Movers move my three bedroom house yesterday. They were amazing. [redacted], at the phones, was cheerful, friendly and had very helpful advice for me to help keep costs down. The two young men who did the actual moving were friendly, strong and really went out of their way to make me happy. They maneuvered a heavy piano, a large sleeper sofa and about a ton of books up and down stairs with grace and exceptionally good manners. They were a delight! I would recommend them to anyone!

The company provides great customer service, They were on time, effiicient, and pleasant to work with. They worked miracles packing everything in my POD. It was well packed, nice and tight, there will be very little shift. [redacted] and [redacted] were so good that we've asked to have them back to do the second half of our loading. I would hihgly recommend this company.

We recently moved from Perrysburg to Toledo. Murphyâs Law, the temperature the day of the move hovered in the 20âs. Maumee Valley Movers, [redacted] and [redacted], arrived according to schedule. We were moving from a second story apartment to another on a second floor as well. The furniture we have could be called âgood woodâ and is more than heavy. The stairwell in the apartment we were moving from was wide. Carrying down to load was easier than carrying up to unload was. The stairs at the destination were narrower and had a right angle turn at the top. [redacted] and [redacted] made it all look effortless. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. Everything arrived unmarked and in one piece. They worked like a well-oiled machine. From the minute they arrived until the minute they finished, the two men were professional, polite and hard-working. The whole âmoveâ experience from the initial call to [redacted] at Maumee Valley until the processing of the payment at the end of the move was awesome.
My company recently used Maumee Valley Movers to move two very large office spaces. Not only did they "squeeze" us in on very short notice, they sent the necessary amount of movers and vehicles. The movers were extremely cautious, protecting door frames and not "cutting corners" and very motivated. Even though they are paid hourly, the movers were actually running!!! back to the truck to move the next items! They were fun and very respectful! It was a three day move and these guys were truly FUN to be around while exceeding expectations with professionalism!
I hired this company for a small move this month and it was the WORST company that I have ever used!!! They complained during the entire move that it was such a small job (nearly 4 hours of time @ $95.00 an hour)!! Make sure that you take out insurance as they had cracked a dresser and said that it was made that way!! Additionally they took the back off of a Lazy-Boy chair and put it back on wrong!! They showed absolutely NO care or concern for our belongings!!
I just had a large heavy glass aquarium and stand moved and located in the final place at the house by Maumee Valley Movers.
I have moved 14 times and this is the first time I can say the movers were amazing. Arrangements over the phone with [redacted] and [redacted] were fast and without any complications and they took the time to call back before the move for final confirmation. Their drivers [redacted] and [redacted] are very good. [redacted] called periodically to inform of their progress and called in advance of their arrival. They treated the crates and the opening of the boxes very carefully in summary I can say they knew what they were doing, I can say they are smart, not something I can say from many drivers I have dealt with.
Maumee Valley Movers did an excellent job. They were timely, curteous and careful. A wheel was lost off an office chair and they recovered the wheel and returned it to us.
