We attempted to repair faucet like he had asked but there was something wrong inside valve body and we recommended a new faucetHe wanted to talk to his wife and he didn't get back to us till late in day and we didn't have enough time to complete job that dayWe lined up for first thing the next
day and when we called he told us not to comeSo I am not interested in a refund because he didn't want us to returnHe still needs to pay for our time to attempt to repair

Review: I called because we were not getting water pressure in the shower . I asked if they could use the new handles and stems I bought when they put it back together(I can easily install them myself in 10 minutes but though since they would have it apart any way to fix the water pressure they could use the new ones). The plumber was already angry about something when he got here . He put the new handles on but used the base part from the old ones. So I had to take it off and do it right myself. He made no attempt to fix the water pressure problem in fact we can not get a drop off water out now . He said it was to late in the day to start and he didn't bring any parts anyway. So for the next 5 days we had to fill the tub with a bucket as it is are only shower. Monday when he was to come back he didn't show. My wife called before the office closed and was told they were busy an the Monday appointment was not a guarantee but they could try to come out the next day. We told them not to both and called a better plumber. When a called and ask that my money be refunded as they never even made an attempt at fixing the problem a called about I now had no water at all and the handles were put on wrong. I was told he was sorry that I did not understand that I had to pay for there time.Desired Settlement: Pay back the $117.
