Received back after dry-cleaning, (5) dress silk ties that had burn marks and blemishes located on the same general area on each tie. This was from a previous dry cleaning at this location and I didn't notice the marks until a month after receiving my dry cleaning back and taking them out of the plastic wrapping to make my suit for the next day's work. I took the ties back to the Cleaners on Friday, 22 May 2015 at 0900. I showed the attendant the ties and what I thought happens-that they were burned. The attendant stated it could not be from us and did not volunteer to reimburse me for the ties. I am no longer using their service.
