Per my conversation with [redacted] I did offer a refund of the $minus 20% restock fee to the Customer [redacted] was unhappy with that and stormed out of the store without the refund and productI have contacted the manufacturer of the [redacted] And found out they are no longer including the bit in the boxesTherefore we will give [redacted] back a full refund on the productI have contacted my merchant credit card company to issue the refund to the customerIf the customer want to come in or call with the credit card that he used to buy the productWe can refund it that way toOur standard policy is a 20% restock fee across the board on any return productI am sorry that the customer left unhappyThat is not the business we are inI hope that in the future we can continue to do business with [redacted] Thanks for your time and again My apologies
