As I am contracted by your home warranty company to receive parts purchased by your home warranty company I cannot expedite the time it takes to receive parts from a 3rd party If your home warranty wasn't involved the repair could have been done alot quicker Again, the warranty company provides and ships your parts to us When the part is received we will then return to complete the repairs

My contract did not cover the failure of the EMS switch, I did clear the drain line with a student on the job site who can confirm this if neededWhen I called the customer and advised him that I had an emergency, he got upset and hung up, so I didn't know he still needed my service as I assumed he went to another contractorThere are no warranties on clearing a drain line, as this is told to the customer at the time of the serviceOn another note, this customer is now bad mouthing my business to the HOA board and anybody else that will listenThis is hurting our business who currently holds an A with the Revdex.comPlease disregard the customers negative remarks and see this was simply miscommunication between both parties

This customer was denied by her warranty company and now she is trying to take it out on us. The fact that her claim was denied prevents me from returning and completing any repairs unless she pays for themAgain the warranty company denied her claim, not our decision. As to her refund
of $60, she can get that from the warranty company

I spoke to my Home Warranty company this morning and they authorized Effertz Air to provide parts for the repair at 4:pm on Monday August 21stThe home warranty company is not ordering the parts for this repair, Effertz Air is to provide them

I stand behind my work, I did blow the drain line and service his system as per our contractThe fact that I was unable to attend to the customers needs doesn't mean I violated any codes of conduct or ethicsThis was merely a miscommunication and the owner has nothing better to do with his time than waste mine
