Review: I am the victim of an act blatant fraud perpetrated by Deadkicks.com ("Merchant"). The Merchant offered to provide pre-order service for an upcoming Nike Air Jordan sneaker release, and the terms of the arrangement were as follows: I pay Deadkicks.com USD $350 up front on 11/5/14 so that they will secure/order/buy me a pair of the desired shoe from Nike.com on 12/23/14; Deadkicks.com secures my pair on the 12/23 release date and ships the pair of shoes to me with original receipt included; if Deadkicks.com is unable to secure my pair on the 12/23 release date, I receive all of my money back (full $350 refund). Some of the assurances made by the Merchant (who I exchanged messages/emails with) at the time of the transaction in early November: "We guarantee to fulfill all orders or your money back!!! The pair you will receive is guaranteed 100% Authentic with Original Box, and the Original Receipt for the Purchase!" I have attempted to contact the Merchant on numerous occasions since early December but I have yet to receive any sort of response. There has been no indication that the Merchant will be able to deliver the goods, so I want my money back (full $350 refund).Desired Settlement: Full $350 refund -- check or [redacted]
