Fortunately, I live in the same town as the company. The fastest service and shipping I have ever seen. Example: today I placed an order at 4pm and received an email at 5:20 that it had shipped. I have had some minor issues on orders, i.e. a problem with a defective wooden box on an order. They responded immediately and replaced it. Deadwood Knives leads the way.
