We would be happy to waive the day limit on returns and offer the customer full store credit if theyreturn the item (the customer still has the AC unit in their possession)As we have stated previously, weonly offer store credit for returned items (this is clearly stated on the receipt as well)

We sold these AC units as a Managers Special, at deep discount, nearly $less expensive than retail.The units were new/not pre-owned, and were tested before saleThe reason for this discount is that theunits included no accessories, and some units had cosmetic damage (scratch and dent)All of

Some of what was stated was informationThere were still units available when received the second oneHad a friend of mine stop in and there were still unitsThey did not offer me a store credit and told me all the units worked which apparently they do notI even looked at a few units that had dust and dirt on the vent and filter from usingWhen I had a friends stop by they had units still availableI will be contacting attorney generals office in regards to the businessI feel they should have honored from the date that I received the second unit, instead of the purchase dateI feel cheated out of my money and scammedI still have their add in my saved files on my craigslistWhich they are still advertising units
