My experience with DealCurrent has been sub par to say the least, as there have been several mistakes and challenges with running a smooth dealDeal Current has no customer service and has not met any of my needs as a business professional
The first issue was with the daily sales report I received via emailIt listed wrong quantities for customersInstead of shipping items, I shipped Some customers received as many as extra posters due to the incompetency of DealCurrentThis is an embarrassing reflection on me and my businessThe cost of shipping the extra posters has reduced my profit from that first day of sales to $0, and actually cost my business moneyThis is extremely upsetting because DealCurrent is making a profit at my expense with the extra fees they charge me
To make matters worse, my commission checks were made out wrong and I am unable to cash themI sent an email to DealCurrent because they don't have a working phone number to speak to a repAfter finally receiving two out of four commission checks, they stopped payment on one, causing me to pay a bank feeAt this point words cannot explain how frustrated and disappointed I am with the company and this serviceIt is even more frustrating knowing that there is no way to contact DealCurrent and ask for assistance with this matterThe phone number listed online is a non-working number and the number in their email signature is only a message

I've purchased daily deals from Deal Current and some of the media companies they support and have always had a great experience. Super easy to use the vouchers and have been using the iPhone app recently to redeem right from my phone. Two thumbs up.

Review: I ordered a deal on Facebook through deal current on July 13, 2013 for nail services. My credit card was charged $24.00 by Deal Current, however I never received any voucher, email, Facebook message, or any other form of communication regarding this purchase. For this reason I am completely unable to actually use the nail services that I planned on using this week. I contacted Deal Current multiple times and have yet to receive a refund or even a voucher for my purchase. This is a total SCAM.Desired Settlement: I was able to find the voucher through a long series of Google terms therefore I will not be asking for a refund for charges any longer. However, I still wanted this information displayed for other consumers because their business practice is ridiculous and I still should have received the voucher in my email or on Facebook upon the initial order. They should also have the ability to correspond to consumers quickly given their name and phone number is on our credit card bill.

We responded to this customers email on August 5th at 10:11 am. We work on a ticketing system where all emails are fully tracked. Here is a copy of the email that was sent to the customer listed below. We are the technology partner behind our clients websites. This customer purchased an offer from Deal Me in Today at: dealmeintoday.com not thru facebook. When the customer makes a purchase they are given the option at checkout to print the voucher, a copy is also sent to their email automatically and they can login to their account at anytime and print off the voucher for use.

Here is the email that we sent to this customer:

When you purchase a deal from a link on Facebook, we

do not notify you in anyway through Facebook regarding your purchase.

The link you used would have taken you to the Deal Me In Today daily

deal website where you made your purchase.

Your voucher can be viewed and printed by signing in to your Deal Me In Today ( http://dealmeintoday.com/ ) account and selecting My Account > My Vouchers.

You

were also emailed a voucher shortly after your purchase. If you do not

see your voucher in your inbox, check your spam folder as this is

probably where the voucher ended up if you have not added [email protected]

to your email's 'Safe' list. I have added your voucher to the queue to

be resent to you so it will be easier to find in your spam folder.

Review: Deal Current services discount vouchers for Super Savings on 7 in the [redacted] area. Having participated in many of their local offers, I had found that five of the merchants would not honor the conditions of their coupon voucher. I had emailed Deal Current at each time an issue occurred and requested a refund or credit on each.

I had not heard back from Deal Current for sometime regarding the refund so I recently contacted them. I learned from Deal Current representative, [redacted], that only one of the vouchers was credited back and that credit was used to purchase another voucher. I inquired about the other 4 unused merchant vouchers and her email response stated that the manager of Super Savings on 7 "will not issue a refund or credit for your unused vouchers."

Unused vouchers and actual paid amount: [redacted] Stadium Inn #[redacted]Desired Settlement: The 4 unused vouchers total $[redacted] that I paid to Deal Current.

I love the offers that they have up on their site in San Diego. They offer the latest and best places to eat and activities. I had to contact support for help with my login and was contacted within 30 minutes of sending my email. Fast and great service.

Review: I purchased a 4 night stay all inclusive to The Dominican Republic. Voucher# [redacted]-205335

When I called to book the trip. They said they no longer honor the paid voucher for The Dominican Republic. And that I would have to go instead to a place in Mexico. I told them I was not interested in going to Mexico and that is not what I purchased. I asked for a refund. They told me someone would contact me via phone or email. Nobody has contacted me!! I have emailed them and called the customer service phone numbers over 10 times. With no response and no refund.Desired Settlement: Refund the $ that I paid, for the trip to The Dominican Republic that did not honor. Bait and switch is wait happened.

On this situation we are not able to provide a refund as the client that they purchased this offer from has not been a client of ours for well over a year and thus we do not have any of the funds to provide the refund to this customer. We provided this customer with the direct contact information to our former client which they have corresponded with this customer. They would be the ones that would need to provide them with a refund or assist them with getting their merchant to honor the voucher that this customer paid for.
