I personally called Mr. [redacted]. He brought the vehicle in to have it checked out by one of our preferred repair shops. The issue was a belt  needed replaced. We took care of that at no charge for him under our customer goodwill policy. The brakes and rotors were marginal so we went ahead and...

replaced those too at no charge. I believe we exceeded Mr. [redacted]'s expectation and made him happy to have bought a vehicle from a dealer that cares about their customers. We strive to sell a good quality vehicle. In doing so we rely upon reputable repair shops. No one is perfect and once in a while something gets over looked that had we caught it, we would have repaired it prior to our customer taking ownership. Such was the case here.  It was the right thing to do. We also used this as an opportunity to improve the training of Mr. M[redacted]. Although we have warranty policy in place which he correctly informed the customer, sometimes we have to peel back the layers of the issue to see if we missed something and should do more for the customer.  Sincerely, [redacted], CMD  and Owner of Deal Depot, Inc.
