Dear Revdex.com: While we can debate the merits of the complaint and the facts, we met with Ms [redacted] and then sent a "skilled carpenter" with the proper tools to service the windows as she had requested We are currently waiting on twelve (12) new weep hole covers from [redacted] [redacted] to complete the service Ms [redacted] told us verbally that she was happy with the resolution so far Thank you
