Review: I ordered a jacket from them on Dec. 16, 2015. It states that delivery could take over 30 days, however they give a tracking number, but the package is unable to be tracked. When I type in the info it says "waiting on information from the carrier" or "expired". The status of the account says "unfulfilled". I have sent e-mails to them . The first e-mail was answered several days later and I was given a tracking number. I have since sent 2 other e-mails and I got an e-mail back saying there are some issues with tracking my order and they'll get back to me. There is no phone number to contact this business. Communication is only done through e-mails. I'm worried this business has taken my money and I won't receive my order. I just want to know if it has been shipped and what the return policy is because there are negative reviews saying since they are overseas the sizing of there products run extremely small even though I followed the sizing rules and it says sizes are US sizing. I also went to the Chinese delivery web site, but its not in English I have no idea what to type in as far as my tracking info.While on that web site my computer shut down and my files were erased. Luckily my husband was able to retrieve them. If and when I do receive it and it's junk I want to get my money back since it is too hard to deal with this company to get an exchange.Desired Settlement: I would like my ordered delivered. It would ease my concern if I could at least see that it is shipped and on it way. I would like to have instructions given to me in case this product is unsatisfactory and I want a refund.

Review: I ordered a hoodie from Deal Man in December. It took 30 days to receive (which was never made known to me during the ordering process, was never given a "shipping option", but once I placed the order I noticed on the confirmation page it could take up to 30 days, I just wish it was made clear BEFORE I ordered the product that it would take that long). Anyway, once we finally received the hoodie it was made of VERY cheap fabric and was sized completely wrong (we ordered a 2XL and it was more like a medium). I went to their website sizing chart (as suggested by their customer service) and indeed the product sizing was very wrong. He asked that I send him pictures, which I did that same day, proving the incorrect sizing. I have now been emailing (as there is no phone numbers listed anywhere on the site) for over a month trying to get a refund on the product that was clearly mis-sized. After probably about 15 emails (many of which never got any response), he then told me has forwarded my request to the refund department and I will hear from them. That was 13 days and 4 emails ago and still NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!

I feel that I have been more than patient and have emailed Deal Man proof of the incorrect product. It is past time for Deal Man to refund my money for a cheaply made incorrect product.

I would NOT recommend ordering from this company ever.

Review: I ordered a product from this company 3 months ago. I've emailed them numerous times trying to get updates on my order. They've told me its in mail and on its way, only to give me a tracking number numerous times that hasn't worked since I ordered my product. After about 2 months, I started asking for a refund, they ignored my numerous requests for a refund and in return sent me coupon codes that I told them I didn't want, I wanted a refund and the cycle continued. They then started ignoring my emails and then BLOCKED my email. I continued onto [redacted] to try and get some information and they blocked me on there as well. This company is highly unprofessional and have stolen money from me. They need to be shut down before others are ripped off. Please and thank you.

Review: On Dec.17,2015 I ordered an item for my Grandson for Christmas, this is Feb.04,2015 and have yet to receive this item. I have emailed several times asking where it was. They gave me a tracking number that I could never get on it only said the item was pending. I only receive 2 emails since I bought this item from this company .the first stated that they were having trouble with their tracking system and the second was ...they tried to track this item themselves and came to the conclusion my item was lost in route. they asked me on Jan 22,2015 if I wanted a replacement item shipped at no extra cost to me. No I replied I wanted my money sent to me,not thru [redacted] which they put my initial payment thru, I just want my money back, I have emailed them so many times and they will not respond back,,I cant find a phone number to call them.I paid them money and received nothing, to me they have STOLEN my money!!Desired Settlement: I want a money order sent to me in the amount of $34.99. That might not be a lot of money to a lot of people but I work had for my money and I'm tired of this issue. Please help me.
