I am rejecting this response because:Yes He did exchange the mattress but he is totally lying here is the mattress pic which I took before exchange the mattress .other thing I bought that mattress for my personal use, not to put in museumi paid the money for that. and there is no sings of stains on it. instance if there is any stains on itthe receipt he give me its not mentioning any where that the warranty will be eliminated if the mattress got stains on it.if he don't agree to give me my rest of my four year warranty. I just want my money back. and I want to through that mattress on his face so next time they do not have to lay and trap to the other peoples to sale their cheap stuffnow he is lying every time just because I complained against him. he is just pretending with the good words.when I went first time to buy mattress at his storehis sales man was treating me with very good behavior. and I bought three mattress they all went bad in less then a year.this is his real face .Kindly Siryou can see the mattress pics which I took before to exchange with his seals man.And you can see whose is lying if there is any thing wrong with the mattressthat is his sales man fault.and now whatever decision Revdex.com Ill accept that.and Thanks for Helping Revdex.com
