I purchased a HP toner cartridge through [redacted] The cartridge turned out defective and I requested a return [redacted] issued a return tag and I paid $shipping to DealathonThey refused to reimburse me the $In the end I paid the original shipping cost of $and the $$for nothing Very bad business, needless to say, I would never refer or use this business again

As confirmed by customer we have issued them a refund right away when we got the product back into our warehouse the customer did not notice it so they opened up a complain; Once we got the complain we right away called them up and...

made them call their bank to confirm the refund got into their bank account; The customer called us back apologizing for this misunderstanding and confirmed the refund.
 
Also to confirm this we have attached the Amazon order page where you could see that this order has been refunded to the customer

I purchased a HP toner cartridge through [redacted]. The cartridge turned out defective and I requested a return. [redacted] issued a return tag and I paid $15.00 shipping to Dealathon. They refused to reimburse me the $15.00. In the end I paid the original shipping cost of $5.00 and the $15.00. $20.00 for nothing.
Very bad business, needless to say, I would never refer or use this business again.

I have sent two messages about a specific order purchased through Newegg. I have not received any reply by this company. So far, the customer service is very bad.

Review: I place an order on Dec.2013, and when I receive it, it was smaller then I order. So I returned it on Dec **,2013 un opened. Now I'm having problems with getting my money back, by the way, they have received there product back. There's no way of getting in contact with the seller, This was a second party partner with amazon. Now amazon is giving me the run around saying I need to file an appeal, (they still have both product and my money.)Desired Settlement: My money put back on my card.
