Review: I was shopping for the Batter grip for Canon 6D. The grip I was looking for is BG-E13. It costs around $173 in a trusted store or Web site. I saw [redacted] advertisement saying - you can save $160 for the same grip BG-E13. I got the package. It contains cheap copy of the brand name. Manufactured terribly. It is like you asked for brand name drug pill and get generic instead. I contacted Customer Service. They refused to accept their fault. Refused to send me return label. Refused to let me speak with the supervisor. Refused to provide me with the last name of Customer Rep. This is the first time I am dealing with this kind of business in USA. Also, they said you can refused the package and give it back to the UPS. I contacted UPS and they said: absolutely no chance. You need to have a label. [redacted] said: this is our policy to do not provide the label.Desired Settlement: I told [redacted]: this is pure misrepresentation. Bad sales practices. I am sure this is not the first time this business involved in this practice and that is why they do not want to accept their fault. The company should Apologize, accept their fault and change their business practices

Review: Purchased item that was generic not the manufactured item. Was not aware of this until we received the item. It was returned to them and the refund was applied for the shipping to and the item but not the return shipping. They indicate that ...your SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED and ...Customer assumes all costs of original shipping and shipping back to us unless we send wrong item(s) by our mistake, in which case we assume the costs. This definitely was there mistake to not represent this as a generic item. When this became an issue now the website changed to include the generic. My copy shows no inclusion of the word generic. I have the receipt for the return shipment in the amount of $3.14.Desired Settlement: Just want the return shipping costs in the amount of $3.14 refunded to me.
