Review: Signed a Tire & Wheel protection agreement with the purchase at a cost of $500 when we bought a 2005 Honda s2000 in February of 2008 through Honda Park Auto. The agreement states that a refund will be issued if the auto owner does not use the tire and wheel protection. I've made several calls left messages each time. I do not receive a response.Desired Settlement: I would like my check as agreed. I have all the necessary paperwork which I was told at the time we bought the auto can be mailed in for a refund in 2013.

Review: We purchased the Tire & Wheel Protection Agreement in March 2008 when we purchased our Honda minivan and, per the terms of the Money Back Guarantee, submitted the request for our money back on March 21, 2013 since there had been no claims against the policy. We confirmed with NAS that we were submitting the correct information (copy of the original NAS agreement, copy of the money back guarantee, and copy of current registration for the vehicle) within the allotted 30 day window. We followed up with NAS in May and the informed us that our request was received and forwarded to Dealer Development Services (DDS) for payment. I spoke with [redacted] at DDS on May 17, 2013, and she informed me that the check should be issued, but that it can take 6-8 weeks to turn around (at that time, it had been 8 weeks since we submitted the request). I tried to follow up again on July 30, July 31, and August 12. I have left messages on the main number when it accepted voice mails, as well as the cell number for [redacted] (###-###-####). I also sent an email to both [redacted] and [redacted] on August 7. To date, no one has responded, and we are well past the "6-8 week turnaround" timeframe (21 weeks at this point). Needless to say, there's frustration on our part.Desired Settlement: The guarantee states that we would receive a refund of the purchase price up to $499. While I'd like to ask for a refund of the entire purchase price of $516, since this process has been drawn out unnecessarily, I'd be thrilled to finally receive the check for $499. Anything you can do to expedite the refund and ensure that it's paid would be greatly appreciated.
