I had Jack install a new high efficiency furnace in After that no hide or hair of him Put in a a [redacted] emerson thermastat I have been trying under warranty to have him exhange the thermostat But everytime I call he hangs up He wants nothing to do with me I cannot trust him anymore
I have been working with Jack from CJ's Mechanical for a few years now He had previously serviced my gas pool heater and I intended to use him to install a new gas pool heater that I had been researching CJ was not only willing to install it, but also offered to bump up the warranty to years and price match the researched price I found online if I purchased the same product through him They not only installed the heater extremely quickly (the next day) but also took away an old filter I had lying in the back that needed to go at no charge From there there a week or two later I had a pipe near the heater that had a leak I called Jack up and the problem was resolved with no issues in short order and more importantly no charge I have already referred these guys to a few of my friends and colleagues They seemed to have figured out that looking after the customer is # Highly recommended
I just want to let people know that the customer service here has set the bar pretty high for other companiesI am not just saying this because they got me a lower interest rate a better vehicle and warrenty but because they actually did everything they possibly could to get us what we needed! The were interactive and made us feel like part of the process! They where very empathic to my previous experience with another dealershipHonestly I will continue to go back there if the service stays the same! Thank you so much Dealer Direct !

Claim 100% Approval, in short periods of timePlaced application in FebWas in need of a car, called and emailed, never once had a call returned, VERY *** and also would claim they were "busy" with customersI understand that but they also need to address other customers that are waiting Would always get a "we are working on a deal for you" "The business owner is just working some numbers" but would never hear anything backOnce was told they were dealing with a new to them lender, I contacted said lender and they had not received all needed information and they were also trying to contact the business manager to correctNeedless to say after calling and emailing for almost months(getting a complete and udder run around) I stopped calling, and they haven't even called or emailed although last speaking the were "working on a deal"

After an initial short application, I received an email back from said company stating that I was pre-approved for a car loan and to get back to them ASAP. I tried calling numerous times along with sending an email. This is now 3 days later and still no response. I think places like these should not be allowed to play with people's minds and getting their hopes up when they don't even have the decencey to return calls. after reading other reviews, i'd definately not recommend this business to anyone......
I bought a car from this company this week. They had a big promotion going on so I figured I would try to get approved since we needed a bigger car for our family. Everyone was great and friendly. Got me in to a car that was a good size for us and payments we could afford. Very happy with our buying experience.
