I currently deal with this company as they financed my car. Since my purchase I have been harassed countless times. He nit picks at everything I do. Turns my car off (pass time accessibility) when ever he wants with no explanation. I had a friend pay my car note (as he doesn't accept cards, only cash, checks and mailed money orders) he harassed her with a series of questions about my whereabouts. He doesn't get in touch with me. No matter how many times I update my work and cellphone number. I've started documentation through email to keep track of our conversations since the last 2 disagreements. He's completely unprofessional, and plays the victim. The business needs to be investigated.

Other (requires explanation) I'd like for it to be resolved by the discontinuance of harassment, or directed to another associate of the company or completely out of the contract without any negative hits on my credit score.
We don't discuss our customers business with anyone that isn't on their contract. This is a
company policy due to protecting their privacy.
Dealer Finance Group requires their customers to make payments on time and to make sure their insurance does not lapse coverage.
