I am rejecting this response because: we do not decline that the account was behind and it got repossessed, the point is we were told we could pay the past due balance between of dollars and get our car back if we did it within ten
days, and two days later were told we needed to pay over 6,dollarsThat doesn't sound right to me whether the business thinks we were being disruptive or not if you tell someone one thing you can't change your mind two days later after you have made an agreement

intermittent problem which is difficult to diagnose. I decided to take the truck to a repair shop that I trusted and had a better facility to diagnose the problem. The test drive was not "extensive" and did not involve highway driving and intermittent problems may not present themselves. Furthermore I would be satisfied with reimbursement for the transmission repair. The other items repaired were needed but not the major issue. I am more than willing to go to the media with this. The vehicle is solid as a whole but when you spend upwards of $8000 dollars on a vehicle you expect it to not need a transmission 45 miles after you buy it.
