Review: I bought a new [redacted] nitro from [redacted] (Middletown) on 8/30/2008, I purchased a tires for life contract, backed by dealer partners inc, with this vehicle. less than one year after I bought this [redacted] went out of business.. I have been trying to contact Dealer Partners inc, for over a month, they never answer their telephone, ###-###-#### (it goes directly to voicemail of [redacted]) and he never returns my calls... it seems unfair that I paid for this contract and now it seems worthless...Desired Settlement: I simply want to know who to turn to? does Dealer Partners inc actually hold this contract or do I need to chase after [redacted]??

any advice will be appreciated..
