To whom it may concern,   We do apologize for any inconvenience to the customer, we do try to make sure that the customers’ needs are meet and that they fully understand the benefits of having the policy before cancellation. This is not meant to pressure the customer into keeping something that...

they do not want but to make sure they understand all the policies benefits before cancelling so that if they change their mind they don’t have to go through the process again.   The customer in question is did call to cancel the policy after the 30 days and as such written notice is needed with information from the vehicle to be able to process the pro rata refund. We do stop any automatic payments but for the policy to be fully cancelled we do need the written notice.
