Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was not refunded the full price of the speakers only a portion of it and I was still billed the full price of the labor even though the job was not done correctlyAlso the sub and Amp were not working correctly either, which is why I had to take it elsewhere to have it fixed properlyThis company has made no effort to try and resolve this issue reasonably, they only want to issue a small refund hoping that I would drop this issueI do not feel that I should be held responsible to pay for a job that was not done correctly or for a portion of equipment that I no longer haveAs far as the wiring harness and other equipment that are still in the car I subtracted that from the refund I asked forAlso at no time was I ever verbally abusive to any of there customer service representatives, on the other hand they were very rude to me and acted annoyed by the fact that I wanted the job done correctlyThey made no attempt to negotiate or come to a reasonable settlement but just said that they would only offer the small refund and I could take it or leave itI am very disappointed with the level of customer service that I have received from this company Regards, [redacted]

To Whom it may concern, [redacted] was referred to our shop to originally just have a sub & amplifier installed which she had owned and removed from a previuos vehicle She then inquired about having us install front speakers into her newly purchased vehicle as well Although we did encounter spacing issues with the front speaker installation, which in turn did not allow for the front windows to close completely, we did make every attempt to resolve [redacted] was refunded her money for the speaker installation after becoming quite verbaly abusive, as we were unable to make her happy with our available solutions She should be able to go where she sees fit at this time to attempt to have her unreasonable expectations met The additional money she feels should be refunded was for the installaltion of the amplifier, subwoofer, and required wiring kits which all work properly We feel that that the services rendered and money spent is fair and reasonable No additional refund will be issued by Dealer Source

In response to *** ***s last communication. First let state that you never dealt with what you percieved as a customer service representative, you dealt with the *** of Dealer Source direct. I do know you attempted to escalate your complaint to a "higher up" because you were unable to get the answer you wanted to hear but were told you were in fact dealing with the ***, and it could go no higher than that. In all my years in business I have never once seen a customer so difficult and unreasonable in their demands that it drove my wife to tears of frustration! Yes we made a miscalculation with the door speakers, and for that I am sorry, but had we been given a reasonable oppotunity to resolve the issue we may not have ever gotten to this point. But because you live in Kerrville which is over an hour away, coupled with the fact that you had no time or patience to allow us the opportunity to resolve your situation we in turn offered to drive to your location for a fee of $to remove the front speakers. You ** *** agreed to these terms, which you negated to put into your original statement. My wife & I have always prided ourselves with providing outstanding customer service in both San Antonio & Austin areas. I believe our record speaks for itself due in part to the fact that we have no negative feedback any where on the internet that I am aware of, on the contrary we have positive remarks listed at variuos different sites
As for the amp & sub installation you say it was installed improperly, yet you show no proof of repair or reinstallation. So, it really comes down to your word against minePlease know we have installed hundreds of amps without issue, and my technicians are some of the best in the business. Although I do understand your frustration, I see no reason why you would feel you are due a full refund. We offered you a very fair and reasonable price for the services rendered to which you agreed. Now you feel you can bully/extort our company into a full refund by claiming complete foul. If you can come up with what I feel is a fair & reasonable settlement I will be willing to consider your demands, but a full refund without proof of additional repair or reinstallation from a reputable stereo shop prior to you starting this process will not be acceptable to me

I went in to get my windows tinted at 11amI was told it would take 1-hoursI arranged for transportation in the meantimeAfter hours had passed I still had not received a phone call on the progress of the car so I called and they said it would be another hourhours later, I had my husband call and arranged to have my car dropped off at our house because my transportation was no longer available to take me back to the shop At closing time(5pm) I was notified that my car was ready but they would be unable to drop it offI told the man I needed my car for work at 6:am and he said there was nothing he could doWhen I asked why he agreed to have the car dropped off if he was unable to do so he said he didn't know he would be unable toThis was the worst experience
