purchased it. She brought it back and said the only thing they found was the oil pan had a little rust on it and I told her we’d replace that for her before she picked up the car. 3 weeks later she came back to us and said the check engine light was on. Turns out it was a pressure sensor and she had it replaced at a different shop. 5 weeks later she brought it back to us and said that she had a broken coil spring. This was not an issue when she purchased it and had another dealership do a bumper-to-bumper inspection on it. In Maine, the car has to pass inspection when sold, which this one did. We are very easy going and want to make our customers happy. Every time we dealt with her she was very difficult. We feel we have done our best with her, and because of our dealings with her and what she’s posted on the internet about our business, we wish to have no further dealings with her.
