The reason we have a modification fee is because the auto industry is one of the most regulated industries in the country and there is a lot of work on the back side when changing the contract and complying with regulations from the government and our bankWe have calculated how much time it takes for several people to process and review and submit changes to our bank and it adds up to the fee amountSimply put, it seems easy but there is a lot that goes into each change
