In responding to Mrs***'s latest response, I would like to point out, 5, or inches of rain, particularly when it is in a very short period of time and following significant other rains causing the ground to be saturated, is an unusual rain eventThe
only times the ***'s have experienced what she describes, (Mrs*** stated water had been up to the level of her second brick of her houseWe have not been told this in the past nor is there any evidence of this included in the pictures she has provided) is during extreme rainfall conditions. It is also extremely important for all parties to consider where the water is coming from before it gets to the ***'s propertySubdivision drainage structures also become overwhelmed in excessive rain events which allso leads to additional flooding not just in the ***'s yard but other locations in the subdivisionWe cannot predict nor should we be responsible for subdivision drainage structures and how they preform in extreme rainfall situationsWith this said, as I have said in the beginning, we are willing to work with the ***'s to resolve the situation but we do not feel it should be our responsibility alone to help resolve the situationAt this point we are open to suggestions to how we might compromise and bring the ***'s concern to a conclusionIf the Revdex.com or the ***'s have suggestions on how to resolve this in a mutually fair way, we would certainly be open to listening to it* *** ** *** ** ***
