Had a car in transit and had bought airline ticket to buy/pick upKristin promised pics/ video upon arrival so they could inspect vehicle being received firstIn the meantime, would send financing paperwork After a day of updates, Rdio silence and would not respondFinally reached Matt who told me that the vehicle was being serviced and he would get me pics the next morning Kristin then sent me an email the next morning telling me that the vehicle had been sold (out from under me)Manager Jim T*** was very unapologetic about the situation and said they were in the business to sell cars and would sell to whoever came with money first I would have been happy to pay for the car in advance but took Kristin's advice on letting them inspect the vehicle first Totally lived up to the negative stereotype of the car salesman!

We have worked with sherry and tried to resolve circumstances, some beyond our control
I'am sorry for her inconvenience and loss of use of her car while
we repaired itToo that end we would like to offer to re-imburse
her for a car payment and also extend a $service credit that can be used for future parts and or service work
In closing, mostly accept the apology of myself and Bill Lavery as we sincerely appreciate your business
