This complaint was filed for only *** *** *** ***. *** *** *** *** has not had any of the products/services installed or provided. *** *** *** *** is just requesting that the initial deposit be refunded and to receive confirmation that the account is closed. After speaking with the VP of Operations, he advised that he would get in contact with his Controller to have the *** location's deposit refunded as no products/services have been installed or providedAs far as the contract issues go with *** *** *** *** *** would have to contact the staff at *** *** *** ***. I have listed their contact information below*** *** *** ***

[redacted] - [redacted] has not received any phone calls or emails from DealerTrack in regards to the cancellation of the installation of the DMS or the status of the refund for our deposit.  DealerTrack's claim that they have reached out to us in false.  We need someone at DealerTrack to get in contact with the accounting office at our [redacted] location as soon as possible to get this matter resolved.

Dealertrack has contacted the dealer and discussed the customer’s complaint....

Following the discussion and Dealertrack’s investigation of the customer’s complaint, Dealertrack has determined that Dealertrack has provided, and continues to provide, the agreed to products and services. Dealertrack remains committed to continue to provide the agreed to products and services and work with the customer to resolve any remaining issues or concerns. However, Dealertrack declines the customer’s request to terminate the contract and receive a refund.

Dealertrack has made multiple attempts to contact the customer but has not received any return phone calls, emails or other response. We will continue our attempts to contact the customer to amiably resolve this matter.
