I would be glad to remove the product from the customers vehicle and refund the customers money. I can only state what my employees have told me and cannot recollect what the customer remembers. DealerWorks has been in business for 23 years and we haven't encounter any Revdex.com issues like this. I invite the customer to take his business elsewhere and DealerWorks apologizes for any confusion or inconvenience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not shown 2 mirrors. I asked the receptionist if they have the mirror with home link, anti glare and compass.hrer reply was yes. that was what I wanted so I said yes so they installed what I assumed what I asked for. I paid the $300 dollars and left  Dealer Works.  At home I activated the home link feature and assumed the other two features would be activated automatically upon installation.  We returned to Dealer Works about no compass or antiglare. She showed us the paper that I signed and said I did not check the box that was to have the features I asked for.   She said we can install a mirror with the other 2 features for $140 more. I declined.  It was not explained that Dealer Works did not have home service. I did not expect them to install 1 feature but 3 features available on a mirror and I did under stand that I did not get what I asked for and I asked for a refund, which they apparently declined.
