I am rejecting this response because: I was not shown mirrorsI asked the receptionist if they have the mirror with home link, anti glare and compass.hrer reply was yesthat was what I wanted so I said yes so they installed what I assumed what I asked forI paid the $dollars and left Dealer Works At home I activated the home link feature and assumed the other two features would be activated automatically upon installation We returned to Dealer Works about no compass or antiglareShe showed us the paper that I signed and said I did not check the box that was to have the features I asked for She said we can install a mirror with the other features for $moreI declined It was not explained that Dealer Works did not have home serviceI did not expect them to install feature but features available on a mirror and I did under stand that I did not get what I asked for and I asked for a refund, which they apparently declined
I would be glad to remove the product from the customers vehicle and refund the customers moneyI can only state what my employees have told me and cannot recollect what the customer remembersDealerWorks has been in business for years and we haven't encounter any Revdex.com issues like thisI invite the customer to take his business elsewhere and DealerWorks apologizes for any confusion or inconvenience
