Review: I had ordered several items from this company that were never delivered. When I contacted them about it by email, it had been longer than 7 months but I was waiting to see if the items would still be delivered as I've had to wait months on end before. They told me that since it had been longer than 7 months that they no longer had any of the information on file and could not help me and they also remarked that the items were shown as delivered. I'm not exactly sure where these items were coming from as they receive merchandise from all over the world that is then shipped to them and once received is mailed out to the consumer. I went back onto the site and logged into my account and the tickets for all things purchased are still available to view and for the items that I did not receive, I have downloaded the tickets in case they could be of some help.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded back to me if the merchandise can no longer be resent.

I had dealt with Dealfind.com and had not received three different items. With first contact through them in regards to undelivered items, they told me that it had been past 7 months and there was no longer any shipment info in their system but that items were apparently delivered to me - items ordered were from 2012/2013. I know I had dealt with the Toronto department through email, and have sent in three different complaints for the three items not received. I sent one through this address and the other two through the Toronto department. I wasn't sure what to go by, but they're both the same company. Either way, I haven't heard from them again since the first time I contacted them and they told me they couldn't do anything for me.
