I ordered and paid for, via a credit card, a set of disposable face masks (I needed because of COVID-19) on or about April 27, 2020 from Dealiqlo. They gave me a tracking number which shows the product arrived in Bloomington CA on May 28, 2020. I have had numerous emails with the company asking abut the status of the package and have been told repeatedly to wait and that it is not their fault. I noted on July 21, 2020 that the tracking website showed the package is no longer trackable and asked for a redfund. They hacvve responded with a numnber of letters tellling me it is not their fault and to wait a few days.

I placed an order on May 1st and never received anything. I finally heard from the company and stated that my order was in transit and sent me a link, once I clicked on the link, it's all a foreign language. I requested a refund and it was denied. I asked for status and was told in transit but this has been since May and nothing still has been recieved. No product and no refund. I believe this company is fraud. They did not have an issue with taking my money but now nonrefundable. The name in Revdex.com is.not the same name on the email. Also the name does not match the bill information from where the funds transaction was taking.

On April 8, 2020 I ordered facial masks. I had trouble with the tracking system they but finally on May 22,2020 the tracking said the package was delivered to a locker at the Montrose post office. Many times these trackers say that things are delivered to the post office a couple of days before they are placed for your pickup. Then the weekend came and I still did not get a key to a locker to pick up the package. I printed the notice from the tracking and on May 29,2020 I went to the clerk at the post office. He checked and said the key to the locked had been delivered to the wrong p.o. Box

He told me it was a billing company for Ambulance service. I contacted the billing service and the manager said he had picked up the package and saw my name and their address and have it to the window at the post office. I immediately went back to the post office and they checked and said the package had already been started on the return trip to Dealiglo. That was May 29,2020. I immediately notified Dealigo that the package was On its way back to them. The only thing they tell me is to check with the post office about the package location. This has been their answer to me numerous times. It's like they don't even really read what I wrote to them. When I first did this order Dealiglo said they're delivery time was 12 to 14 days. I have so had it with this company. The cost for the masks that I ordered was $154.00. That's one hundred fifty four dollars. I cannot afford this loss

Order face mask April 17,2020. It is now June 19,2020. Been tracking the pkg .. it’s been in California since may3rd 2020.. been emailing them that I want my money back.. so check tracking status. June 19, 2020. It’s saying it’s been delivered to Staten Island .. total wrong state. I live in Pennsylvania.. it’s there mistake. I just want my money. I’ve been patient enough..!!!

I ordered a mask from DEALIQLO in the early part of May and I still have not received it. Every text I send to them, they sent me an email Back to a fake tracker page that says Wuhan China and nothing else, I have requested a refund and I do not hear back from anybody. It is a horrible company with no customer service. I feel it is all fake and they are cheating people.

I purchased a 50 pc box of disposable masks for $50.94 on April 23, 2020 for safety reasons in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have not received my purchase as of today June 14, 2020. I have submitted multiple complaints to the company's customer service email address and have been referred to a tracking number, which I have checked multiple times and it continues to say that the item has shipped. As of May 28, 2020 the product was in California and it has not reached me as of June 14, 2020. I have asked for a refund and the company refuses to provide one, stating that I must wait until the package is delivered and I can refuse delivery. I have no confidence that the package will ever be delivered, and my refund should not be contingent upon me having to refuse acceptance of the package. I need a refund of my money so that I can purchase masks elsewhere that are necessary for the health and safety of myself and my family. I have no reason to believe I will ever receive this purchase, and the refusal to administer a refund is not in good business faith.

Ordered some face masks on May 6th. The order supposedly shipped out May 9th. As of today May 30th it is lost somewhere in transit. Numerous attempts to find out status and cancel the order as obviously lost somewhere has gotten nowhere. They insist they should be paid and that my order is still valid even though I have NOT received my order nor does it seem it will ever come. There is no US phone number and I think this is an online only scam during a crisis. They should cancel my order as requested. All emails are generic copy/paste and no way to speak to a speak to a person even though local address.

I ordered masks 2 weeks ago. Received a confirmation email. Since the I have emailed 2X with no response or delivery of produce.

Over a month ago I purchased face masks from this company. They state that my order was delivered. I have sent numerous emails to them requesting a refund or a replacement sent. They have refused to respond to my correspondence.

I ordered 4 sets on Jan 14, 2020 and have not received my order yet costing $139.00 I have tried to call and have sent emails and have not heard back from the company with the disconnected phone out of Florida. the website link is
