consider the following:

1. When a customer places an order, we clearly verify the terms of our trial offer two separate times.
a. First, we display our terms clearly on the order form stating "I certify that I am 18 years or older and accept the terms/conditions.", which is required for an order to be completed.
b. We then send a confirmation email with order information and terms of our trial offer.
Deal Mega Store is an online website that offers wholesale (or lower) pricing to VIP members who pay a monthly subscription fee. We do run giveaways and trial memberships to provide potential customers with temporary access to the savings on our sites, but we have numerous clear disclosures throughout the order process as outlined above.
Regarding your specific concerns, we see in the customer notes that a call was made to customer service on 02/02/2016. According to the dispositions on the account, the customer called in and agreed to cancel the account and did not request a refund. As requested, we attempted to process a full refund to the account. Unfortunately, our attempt was unsuccessful because the charge is already being disputed with the customer's bank. Additionally, in good faith, we'll even allow the customer to keep the MP3 player originally requested as part of her trial membership to Deal Mega Store. This MP3 player was shipped out via USPS with tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 1/21/16.
We apologize for any confusion that may have been caused as customer satisfaction is our top concern at Deal Mega Store.

I did call and the lady I spoke to did not understand a thing a said to her. I also told her that the mp3 player that was sent to me was broken and did not work. She then basically brushed me off and hung up on me. I don't care that good customer service.
