Deals On Wheels - Truck Center

Review: My son is currently serving with the National Guard out of the country and I have Power of Attorney over all of his affairs. I was contacted by Deals on Wheels representative (Michelle) on December 30, 2013 @ 12:30 pm (CST) requesting the location of my son's vehicle. I informed Michelle that the vehicle was in storage and that I did not know the storage location and would provide the information as soon as possible. I was very cooperative as I faxed 8 pages to the company outlining my responsibility as Power of Attorney and I requested a copy of the contract that states that this company needs to know where the vehicle is at all times. The account is being paid and is up to date. They can provide financial information, however they refuse to provide the statement that they must know where the vehicle is at all times.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a letter of the company policy or contractual statement that states that when an account is current that they must know where a vehicle is at all times. In addition, as the Power of Attorney a copy of the contract that was signed by my son that states the vehicle whereabouts must be known to Deals on Wheels at all times.
