Review: I purchased a used car from Deals On Wheels in LaCombe, LA toward the end of November 2014. I paid in cash and was treated courteously by the salesperson, [redacted] I was told that the title to the vehicle would be sent to my address in California within a few days. As of today, February 7, 2015, I have not received the title. I have phoned Mr. [redacted] several times and asked him to get the title to me, but he has not done so. The temporary license has expired now, so I cannot license or legally drive the car. Mr. [redacted] also promised to replace the exterior driver's-side door handle, and though I have provided him with the part number he has not yet followed through on this promise.Desired Settlement: 1. I would like to receive the title to the vehicle.2. I would like to receive the replacement part I was promised.

Review: We bought a 2000 P.T. Cruiser from deals on wheels on December 23 2015 for$1,700. They charged us $25 for a temp.tag which expired February 26, 2016. They told us they would mail us the title in two or three weeks. As of today (3/4/16) we still do not have the title!!! Also, they stressed that it is not a salvage title. If it is I would have NEVER BOUGHT THE VEHICLE!!!
