Review: On 8/**/14 I purchased a mop head from deals along with a swiffer mop. When I got home I decided that rather than replace the mop head I would just use the swiffer. Today at 11:15, 8/**/14, I tried to return the mop head and was told by the [redacted] that I couldn't because the clerk should not have allowed me to purchase the mop head wthout the pole. When I explained that this wasn't my problem, I purchased the replacement head for $1 versus buying the entire mop for $3 and wasn't aware that if you purchase one you have to purchase the other.Needless to say I left the store without my refund.Desired Settlement: I want an apology from the [redacted] and also my refund for the mop head. Until then I will spend my money at Target.

Review: My 16 yr. old son went to Deal$ to by 2 boxes of recycle garbage bags and came back with the wrong bags. My son bought white garbage bags. I told him to return to the store and get blue or clear recycle bags. My son called me from the store and said the store-Deal$ did not have recycle bags and they refused to give him the 2.00 back to go to another store to buy recycle bags. I went to the store and did not see any refund policy posted behind the cashier; like other stores have posted. The manager [redacted] was very arrogant and told me that I need to just read my receipt. She asked me if my son knows how to read. [redacted] did no handle the situation professionally and I called the police. The officer stated that I can make a complaint about this entire refund policy because it is on the receipt, "no cash refunds," however you don't know until after a purchase is made. I am out of recycle bags and my 2.00 that this store kept. The store did not even have the re cycle bags for us to exchange and could not tell me when they were going to get the re cycle bags. In my opinion my money was stolen at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like my 2.00 immediately or the re cycle bags that they could not tell when they will receiving in the store. I would also like for the refund policy to be placed behind the cashiers for consumers to know before the purchase is made, that there is no cash refunds. I did not even receive a store credit slip/nothing. This store was ran very unprofessionally and this matter could have been resolved a better way if the manager on site at the tiem was more pleasant about the entiresituation

Review: purchase pre=pay [redacted] card to male on line purchases from deals discount store card fail to active came back to store with receipt . I was re-direct to call ###-###-#### on receipt who in turn re-directed me to call another # ###-###-#### who in turn had me call the the ###-###-#### these company's are functioning sort of in a bait and switch tactics and for a mere $201Desired Settlement: I gave them cash and would like the same in return cash back I still have receipt as well as unused card
