Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: sounds like your not so disrepectful as the smart alic remark passed on to me by my loan account employee Looks like im in a position where im leaving my carrier by end of sept to get away from your product that has cost me winters and now on the second summer with no usageAnd you all sound like thats acceptableAll under warrantyWell that does no good whrn its below freezing or over inside the truckSo im better off just leaving it behind if I walk away since im so po and frustrated for over months of no service beyond a few hoursI have been telling all when opportunity arrives what a poor performance quality product this ismothrr boards fans radiators hvavs module display wiring replacementsLooks to me your product sucks Regards, [redacted]

I found a great deal on a turntable through dealscube from "oceansoundltd" I expected that the delivery would take up to a month after payment, but when weeks went buy with no payment request and no delivery date (multiple inquiries and correspondence), I thought there might be a problem Oceansoundltd had the same item posted with a week delivery date, but with a large increase in price by thenTrying to contact Dealscube for help on this yielded no response at allOceansoundltd simply kept saying "no delivery date yet, sorry" After more than days, I cancelledI can't believe people would run their businesses this way

I ordered a printer Sept 8th They charged my card and emailed the invoice the next day After weeks I asked about when it would ship, they said it could take up to weeksI waitedWhen it didn't ship, they said it would ba another 3-weeks and said they could refund my payment I asked for the refund and they said it would take 7-business days to process I waited, Then they said they did not know why it didn't post and I should contact my card company I opened a dispute Nov1th, the card company provided a conditional refund Nov 18th Bottom line this is a shady operation, takes your money and keeps it for months

This response will confirm and acknowledge the complaint. 
Our company (Dynasys®) technical support and customer service team has
worked with Mr. [redacted] previously to help resolve and repair all issues with his
unit.  He currently has no new cases...

(none in 2014) and we can confirm via our data base
he has not contacted our team for additional support. Last communication was
in 2013. (Support was provided and all issues were resolved at that
time).
His unit was purchased in September 2012 and all repairs (parts and labor)
to the unit have been covered 100% under our warranty program.  
As a manufacturer we do not sell to the general public.  Our product is
sold only to Truck Dealership's for several reasons but the main one being for
support.  If and when the manufacturer gets involved we coach/support and
encourage the dealerships to provide enterprise support to the end user.
 
Our entire team (Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager and Senior Technical
Support) supported Mr. [redacted] with all concerns when complaints were submitted.
Mr. [redacted] has not been current on his Lease account for more that 50% of the time and has an extremely poor pay
history.  This has resulted in the collections company (not affiliated with Dynasys™) to contact
customer for lack of payments.  To confirm:  this account is grossly delinquent.
This is not a lease with our company but with PFSC. 
Our support model is not provided by the Manufacturer but the Installing an Servicing Dealerships; Please note this support
model does work for all our other customers and this is the second Revdex.com complaint
we have had to respond to since 2013. 
At this time if Mr. [redacted] has a unit that is not working we would be more than
glad to support him in getting it repaired.  He will need to
contact our Tech support line at ###-###-#### and follow the recommended plan 
for support.
This unit is still under (extended-warranty) and as long as the current issue meets
our warranty coverage he can get the unit repaired at no expense.  
Please let me know if you have any questions or require any additional
feedback.

And you all sound like thats acceptable. All under warranty. Well that does no good whrn its below freezing or over 120 inside the truck. So im better off just leaving it behind if I walk away since im so po and frustrated for over 14 months of no service beyond a few hours. I have been telling all when opportunity arrives what a poor performance quality product this is. 5 mothrr boards 2 fans 2 radiators 2 hvavs 1 module display 3 wiring replacements. Looks to me your product sucks.
