At this time, I have been contacted directly by Dealshopperz.com regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They are claming their hired credit/debit card merchants call company processed the refundHowever, I have repeatedly checked with my bank and they have not processed or refunded me the $back into my accountI think this is just a rouse to string me alongBecause now the telephone number does not work and they are not responding to emails

Review: I placed an order with this company in June 2014 and was given a date of delivery of July *, 2014. Only July *, 2014, I found out from the shipping company that DealShopperz never contacted them to pick up the furniture I so to make the delivery. I called the company and discussed this with customer service and they were SUPPOSE to process a credit charge return to my account for $825. To date I have NOT received my money back. After numerous call from July **, 2014 until July **, 2014, I still have NOT received the refund. I have left a number of messages and on 7/**/2014 I finally reached another salesperson who was suppose to be checking in the reason as to why I havent received the refund and I have not heard from him as of 8/*/2014. I have called numerous times since 8/*/2014 and no one is answering the phone. I have sent faxes as well and no one has responded. I believe this company may be a scam and my next step will be to contact the New York Attorney Generals Office and file an official company and try and have an investigation performed on this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $825 and an additional $75 for all my troubles. I would also like for this company to not sell any furniture over the internet.

Review: I have gone back and forth with this company and I have been in contact with the [redacted]. of deal shopperz [redacted]. After months of back and forth I called in to request a refund and at this time the coo [redacted] told me that after all the headache he would let me keep the couch and refund my money. The couch finally arrived over a month after quoted delivery but it was severely damaged. I let them know but they have not done anything about it and now they are telling me that they will give me a refund minus all the shipping costs that I am not responsible for. They sent the couch to my billing address even though my wife called and spoke to their representative to make sure it would come to my shipping address. [redacted] said the gentleman that we spoke to never came back to work and that he took that as an admission of guilt. I don't want their couch I just want my money back so I can go buy a couch that is not torn up. They have been giving me the run around this order was placed the first week of March. I have all my documentation and phone records but I am deploying at the end of this month and don't have much time to deal with this. They are back peddling on everything we have agreed upon and they are trying to put the blame on my wife and I. I have phone records showing my wife and I calling over 18 times without a call back or them answering their customer service line.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund to include the amount that I paid for shipping. I received a couch that was severly damaged and is of no use to me so all I want is my full refund to include what I paid for the white glove delivery.
