Review: I paid for the item that I placed on Jan. 1st. I got an email stating that it was mailed along with a tracking number. The tracking number doesn't show anything. Every time I try calling, no one ever answers. I sat on 15 minutes each time to get a response and then after that 15 minutes, it just hangs up on you. I mailed them a letter back on the 13th, since they have no direct email, and never got a response from them then either.Desired Settlement: 1x 2014 New Years Mystery Bundle for $109.99 each

Review: Ordered a product on April 5, 2013 and have yet to receive the product. Have contacted company via emails and phone but no legit response.
I ordered a product (robosweeper) through [redacted] from a deal from dealsondirect.com. I had received a voucher from [redacted] and had to go online and redeem the voucher plus pay for shipping on dealsondirect.com which I did on April 5, 2013. On May 30, I still had not received the product so I emailed customer service at dealsondirect.com inquiring about the status of my order # XXXXX. I received an autogenerated response stating that I needed to call customer service. I called customer service on or around June 20th and had to leave a message inquiring about the status of my order. I never received a call back. I emailed two more times letting them know that I had called and that I would have to take this to another level if they don't give me a status on my order. Desired Settlement: I would really like for the company to send me the product that I ordered and if they can not do that, I would like a refund on my purchase plus the fees for shipping I paid in advance.

Review: I purchased from [redacted].com two vouchers online on April 8, 2013 for 2 [redacted] for $18 each ($36 total) to be redeem on DealsOnDirect.com. I immediately went to DealsOnDirect.com and redeemed my two vouchers for [redacted] and paid $14.36 each ($28.72 total)for shipping. Shortly after I did receive an email stating it might take up to 15 business days after the deal end date for your item to be shipped. Which the deal would end on 06/30/13 from [redacted].com. I waited patiently a little over two months from purchase and on 06/23/13 I receive two separate emails with two tracking # [redacted] and [redacted]. After checking several times this is the message I get from USPS regarding these two tracking #You entered: [redacted] & [redacted]Status: Electronic Shipping Info ReceivedThe U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on June 25, 2013 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. No further information is available for this item. Additional information for this item is stored in files offline.I have called customer service on July 31st and around August 20. I have left several messages inquiring about the status of my order. I never received a call back. Review: I purchased 2 "mystery bundles" ($60 each) via [redacted].com for Deals on Direct. The following is the ad placed on [redacted]'s website: Receive at least $200 worth of popular products for only $30! Products may include MP3 players, tablets, digital cameras, Bluetooth headsets, makeup kits, scarves, designer sunglasses, gold jewelry, sheets and more Keep for yourself or share items as gifts Each bundle includes 3-5 items Have fun surprising yourself and friends!Each bundle contained 10-12 items (indicating quality) including broken items such as flash drives (did not work in 3 computers tested) and 6-7 car cell phone chargers which were broken and missing pieces. Together, I estimated that the sum value of both bundles combined was maybe $50. Dealsondirect claimed that there would be no refunds or exchanges, so I immediately contacted [redacted]. I spoke with a representative there who indicated that I would be refunded with no mention of returning items. I did not hear anything for a few days and discarded the items. After 3 weeks, [redacted] contacted me again and told me that rather than them handling a refund, I must deal with Dealsondirect. I contacted Dealsondirect and explained the situation and they claimed I am not eligible for a replacement or a refund because I no longer have the garbage that I was shipped. I feel as though DealsonDirect should acknowledge their shady business practices and take responsibility for their actions and make this situation right, with or without the items. I was told by [redacted] that there were numerous unhappy customers with this deal and that [redacted] regrets establishing a business relationship with them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $60 I paid (for 2 bundles) or a replacement that is equal in value to what was advertised ($200/bundle)

Review: This complaint involves a so-called "portable" hammock that this company supplied through another website, [redacted]. This hammock was advertised to be pop-up and "portable and foldable" and came with its own case with a strap so one could supposedly carry it. When I received the item, it was anything but comfortably portable. The item weighs in excess of 60 lbs, and is not at all what was advertised. I tried to refuse shipping and just have the item immediately returned, but [redacted] refused to return it because the box had been opened. I contacted first [redacted], which directed me to Deals on Direct. Deals on Direct then told me it was "against their policy" to pay for return shipping for their items. I feel like this has been completely false advertising, and that it is completely unreasonable to expect me to pay for return shipping on this grossly overweight, falsely-advertised item. I have repeatedly requested resolution via email with the Deals on Direct customer service, but I have been given the same company line repeatedly that they do not pay for return shipping. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was asked for my phone number and was told he would contact me. I have received one voice message from this manager, but he left no way for me to contact him in return. This customer "service" has been abysmal, and I feel as though they need to be reported so I can finally receive resolution to this issue.Desired Settlement: I want Deals on Direct to send me a pre-paid return shipping label for this item and then to refund me IN FULL for the cost of this item when they receive it.

Our policy states that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In some cases we would reimburse a customer if the item they received was damaged upon arrival and we have placed a claim with [redacted]. Review: Purchased a [redacted].com voucher online on March 22, 2013 for a product (30-Pin Lightning Converter) to be delivered by DealsOnDirct.com I thought in a few weeks. However, after you paid for the online purchase they then tell you it won't be shipped until end of June, 2013 which is nealy 90 days away. So you wait and nothing came. Tried to call and email both companies several times with no success in speaking with anyone or anyone contacting me to solve the problem. [redacted].com only sends you a standard email instructing you to contact [redacted].com who won't respond to emails ([redacted].com) or phone calls (800-960-1309 or XXX-XXX-XXXX). The first number above was printed on the voucher from [redacted].com and is a non-working number; the second number has a recording which no one ever answers no matter what time you call between 9 AM -4 PM EST. Have never received product and now don't believe was ever going to receive product; based on my experience these companies are not good to deal with.

The company has not contacted me; they did send another email giving me their hours for customer service. However, whenever you try to call no one evers answers the phone or calls you back. All I ever received was email that put me in a [redacted] cycle. My credit card company did credit my account back after a conversation with their fraud division. I have requested that the two companies [redacted] & DealsOnDirect.com) remove my information from their data bases and not to send me anymore emails; doubt they even do this. Review: Ordered Robosweeper in March and still have not received from company,
I bought a RoboSweeper back in March from this company; money came out of my bank account immediately. Item was supposed to have shipped out already, they sent me a tracking number on 6.21.13.... the only thing the [redacted] website says about this item is Electronic Shipping Info Received..... nothing about item being received for shipping. I sent an email to inquire about the status of my product and received email response to contact their X-XXX-XXX-XXXX number. I called ALL last week leaving messages for a return call because it is all automated and after 5 mins they tell you to leave a message and they will call you back. FINALLY on Thursday (7.11.13) I was able to speak to a gentleman named [redacted] who said that the item had never been shipped and was not sure why. He said he would contact the warehouse to send another item out to me ASAP. [redacted] said to call back on Monday (7.15) to check status. He said I could either ask for him when I called or I could speak to [redacted] in the warehouse; either way one of them would be able to let me know when to expect my package. Review: I ordered 2 back up chargers from them on January 10, 2014 that I found on the [redacted] deals web site. They sent me my confirmations numbers. (1X backup charger white confirmation # [redacted] and Backup [redacted] charger black confirmation #[redacted]. They said once the package ships they will send an email with a link to track my order. This order was suppose to be shipped 5 to 7 business days, I have tried calling them to no avail and ncrowd help was assisting me in this matter and they heard back from [redacted] about my orders and they stated their partner merchant advised them the I would receive my orders for the backup chargers within 10 business days and thank me for my patience.That was on February 24, 2014. I still have not received my merchandise and have really lost patience now. I purchased the deal for $30.00 then was given a voucher number from [redacted] to get my bundle through Deals on Direct.The deal was valued at maybe $10-15.00 max...not anywhere close to $200.00I received my bundle and immediately tried to return though [redacted]. They told me to contact deals on direct which I did, many times. I was told to take photos of what I received and then was sent an email from [redacted] / [redacted] who said he would personally help me. He was supposed to call me but he never did even after I gave him my number twice. The items received were 5 cheap items all made in China with a couple having directions/product name written in Chinese.Desired Settlement: Not only do I want a refund but anyone who has purchased this should also receive a refund as this deal is falsely being advertised and the value grossly overstated.I already requested refund through my credit card company and have also submitted a complaint about [redacted] as both companies are responsible for misleading the public

I am rejecting this response because: Wow, that is a blatant lie! I never spoke to anyone from their office until today. I have numerous emails to show that I tried to contact them and was told I would receive a phone call from them. I did receive a replacement package this weekend but I never requested that and do not want a replacement. I received a call from [redacted] today and spoke to him. I told him all I want is my money back and did not know what it has been soo difficult to get it. He asked if I received the replacement package and I told him yes but again that is not what I wanted. He told me to tape up both packages, write RTS (return to sender) on it and put in mail. Once they receive the packages I would then get my refund. Not sure if the post office will return to sender without postage.

I am rejecting this response because: I would love to know who I spoke with as you say because I have not spoken to anyone from either [redacted] or Deals on Direct or anyone else for that matter before yesterday. I gave my number twice to [redacted] via email and he called me yesterday, October 21st for the first time. He told me his boss asked him to contact me about the mystery package I had received. This was our first and only conversation. He asked me how he could help me and I told him I have been trying to get a refund for the purchase. He then told me they sent out a replacement package and asked if I received it at which I told him I did but did not want it. He then told me to return both packages marked RTS and once they receive them then a credit will be issued. I am sure the phone conversation was recorded so this should not even be questioned. If anyone told you they spoke to me prior to yesterday they are not being truthful.
Review: We made a purchase through DealsOnDirect.com and spent three frustrating months and over 20 emails trying to resolve the issue. In short, we purchased an inoperable MP3 player. I was given several different sets of instructions from the DOD customer service team and finally took it to [redacted] (twice). Twice, I was told there was no way to download music onto the MP3 player. Long story short, I finally got the company to take back the nonworking device but they refused to refund my money. They offered a "credit". I was livid but agreed as it was better than being stuck with something that didn't work. When we received the $75 garden hose in the mail we were NOT HAPPY!!! The same exact hose advertised on their site for $75 is $19.99 at Walmart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Essentially, we threw away $75.00...have a hose we didn't even want...made my daughter feel sad for months because the MP3 player was her Christmas gift...and endured far too much frustration for something that should have been fixed immediately. Deals on Direct should be shut down for selling inoperable (MP3) and outrageously priced (hose) products!!!

This is absolutely UNTRUE!! I hope that the conversation was recorded. I explained that I had to bring my child to school and the person calling kept insisting he had to resolve the case NOW!!! I did in fact hang up after he kept insisting I agree to his "offer" which was to send back the "hose" (shipping at MY EXPENSE) and then get a refund. This is NOT a reasonable offer. I should clarify that the gentleman who called said he would refund me for the inoperable MP3 player we bought our 8 year old for Christmas after we sent back the hose (this was purchased with the "credit" they gave us after refusing to give us our money back for a nonworking MP3) but would NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND FOR SHIPPING. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They are offering a refund of the ITEM but not shipping costs. I already paid for shipping (delivery and return) for the inoperable MP3 player originally purchased and now I would again pay for shipping (delivery and return) of the second item. It makes no sense to pay all these shipping charges to get the cost back of the originial item only. They should have done the right thing from the beginning and took back the INOPERABLE MP3 player and give me a FULL refund, including shipping charges. Anything else is unsatisfactory, unfair and poor business.

On January 28,I used the voucher with dealsondirect.com for the phone cables. It directed me to the dealsondirect.com website to use the voucher. On this website, I ordered the 2 charging cable wires and was charged an additional $8.00 for shipping and handling. I have tried contacting them at ###-###-#### numerous times. Each times I get a recording that their representatives are all busy and please hold. After a while, it says that it's toobusy call back at another time and disconnects. I called again today, February 26. Again, after being on hold for 16 minutes, I was disconnected. Several items were loose and unpackaged so it took so time to research what they SHOULD have looked like had they been in their original packaging. Total value of items was roughly $30. I have requested a refund. Their site promised a prepaid return postage label to mail back the loose items but I have not received it yet and they have now declined my request for a refund. This deal was blatant false advertising and the first time I have ever run across this on any deal site. Please have this business provide my full refund of $35.Desired Settlement: $35. Review: I purchased a [redacted] (Model# [redacted])through [redacted] and Deals on Direct on April 8th, 2013.I received confirmation that it shipped June 22 and was given a [redacted] Tracking #[redacted] (order #[redacted]0). This tracking # gives me no other information as to where my package is, I only reach dead ends.Multiple phone calls result in nothing. The phone number for Deals on Direct does not connect, the hours are listed as M-F 10am to 4pm, however when you call the hours are M-T 10a-4p. There is no prompt to leave a message and an automatic reply when you inquire via e-mail.On August 12th I submitted a request for a refund, I've heard nothing as of yet.This company appears to be a scam, they have no problem taking your money and they don't follow through with your products, they should be shut down immediately.
