Review: On November *, 2012, I purchased a "Waterproof Smartphone Case" for $19 (A $49 value) from DealSurf.com

Then I went to [redacted]redeem to redeem my coupon and organize shipping.

I completed this process - entered my coupon number and submitted my shipping address.

The project was to be shipped within 7-10 days. Since I'm in Miami, I would expect it to arrive within 2 weeks realistically. This is based on my experience of making other purchased online.

On December **, 2012, I hadn't received my purchase so I emailed them and they sent an automatic response.

On December **, 2012 at 7:35 PM, [redacted] (DealSurf CFO, [redacted]) emailed [redacted] ([redacted]) at Spotlight7 regarding my order.

On December **, 2012 [redacted] confirmed that I hadn't redeem my voucher on their website and confirmed that once I did this, the case would be in the mail by Monday December **.

On December **, 2012 [redacted] emailed me this instruction from [redacted].

On December **, 2012, I replied to [redacted]. I confirmed I had already done this on November *. In addition, I could tell that I had already too because when I go to their site at [redacted]

and enter my code, the page just resets - nothing happened - it just blanks out the code that I entered. There is no error message or confirmation message. To me, that indicated that I had already used that code.

On Wednesday, May *, 2013, I emailed [redacted] as I had still not received the product requesting an update.

On Fri, May **, 2013, [redacted] emailed me and apologized for this situation and confirmed, the following

"We were getting no satisfaction from the merchant in this situation. So you should get a refund for your purchase. However, you have to obtain your refund from DealSurf since they debited your credit card for the purchase. Please contact DealSurf for your refund. I am copying DealSurf on this email so that they are aware of the situation."

On Fri May **, 2013, I emailed [redacted] ([redacted]) at DealSurf to process this request. (and cc: [redacted] - [redacted])

I heard nothing.

On July **, 2013, I emailed [redacted] ([redacted]) DealSurf to process this request. (and cc[redacted] and [redacted] - [redacted])

I heard nothing.

Today, August **, 2013, I am submitting this request to the Revdex.com in hopes of getting my $19 refunded.

I purchased another Waterproof Smartphone Case as I gave up on this product arriving when [redacted] confirmed I should get a refund.

I have ordered products online from deal sites like [redacted] and [redacted] all the time and have never had to escalate to a third party.Desired Settlement: $19 to be sent to me either as a check or refunded on my credit card.

Review: Dealsurf billed me $99 dollars for a sevice on 10/*/13. When I contacted the vendor they stated that they no longer have a relationship with deal surf and instructed me to obtain a refund from dealsurf. I have contacted deal surf by phone, and email several times with no remedy. Copy of last email below. [redacted], As requested in multiple phone calls, and by email to your web site; please refund the $99 dollars you charge my credit card: Credit Card Dealsurf.Com ###-###-#### Sd Date 10/**/[redacted] . The vendor has stated that they no longer have a relationship with you, did not recieve funds, and will not honor the service. Sincerely [redacted] (YourBestDeals Support) Oct ** 09:38 (PDT) You need to ask Dealsurf for the refund as we no longer have a relationship with them. They charged your card not us so you need to get the refund from them. If, you would have bought the offer directly on our site then it would be a different story. Best, Support DeskDesired Settlement: Refund of my $99.00 dollars

Review: I ordered a hotel deal from dealsurf.com on 5/**/13 Order: [redacted]. This deal stated you get two nights in a hotel across the country for $49. After I purchased this deal I proceeded to redeem the deal from Getaway to Paradise, which I was then told I had to attend a presentation while at the hotel for this deal to be valid. This other agency is not allowing me to redeem the deal under the terms and conditions that were stated prior to redeeming this deal. At no point prior to purchasing this deal was this stated. On my receipt from dealsurf.com it states a refund will be issued if you experience problems redeeming your deal. I requested a refund from dealsurf.com last week and have yet to receive a follow up email.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount I paid which was $49.

Review: My credit card was charged on 9/**/2012 for 39.00 for Green Tea Supplement product that I never received. After many attempts to contact this company, through email because I was unable to find a telephone contact number, this matter has not been resolved. I have received an email in which I was asked if I entered the information correctly, I responded, and no further followup was given. My continuous emails still remain unanswered.Desired Settlement: At this point, almost a year later, please credit my PayPal or send a check.

Review: I ordered 2 blue-tooth head sets on May **, 2013, and have not received them. I am unable to contact the seller or Dealsurf.com, because their way to contact themselves or the seller is not working (per the message on the website). The website states that the product will be shipped with 3 to 4 weeks of processing, but my order shows 'not shipped' on the site. Thanks.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or my product.

Review: Dealsurf.com advertises on their Web site information that is unauthorized, inaccurate and thus constitutes false advertising. The information is posted on following pages:

This offer, initially posted by [redacted], contained serious errors which rendered it as false advertisement. [redacted] upon our intervention removed this offer from their site. However, dealsurf.com was never authorized to air this offer on their Web site. Continuous presence of this erroneous information represents false advertisement and in turn damages our reputation.

Contacting dealsurf.com via listed by Revdex.com telephone number and through E-mail, to date, did not resolve this issue and the above mentioned pages still appear on internet.Desired Settlement: Complete removal of the pages from the dealsurf.com Web site
