The client and I were scheduled to meet at the close of escrow to obtain the keys from the lockbox. The client stated at the last minute that he would not be able to make it down from Oregon to meet with me, but rather to mail him the keys when I received them, I agreed. The listing agent had taken...

the lockbox off of the home prior the morning of closing and had the keys with him. The listing agent and I tried to find a meeting time to meet to deliver keys, but he was going out of town. He said he was going to place them under the mat of the home, he did and I picked them up later that afternoon. I sent the keys via the Postal Service ([redacted] was not requested, nor did I know of any plans the client had) the day I received the keys. With regards to stating he was a "Jack As" and referring to his Dad as "Daddy", I absolutely did. [redacted]'s lender and the Escrow Officer both complained to me how [redacted] was rude, unprofessional, and verbally abusive to each. I had not encountered this until this incident, then he was very rude to me. He stated how he was going to have his dad call me and how I did not want to deal with his Dad, I had better watch out and he will ruin my career, Hence the reply. I have been a Manager for three very large Real Estate companies in Sacramento, worked in Real Estate for 15 years, and have serviced hundreds of happy clients with no complaints except for Mr. [redacted].

Review: This is a complaint about a realtor, [redacted], who has caused us some problems:1) Keys left unsecured under the mat several hours--did not meet listing agent for keys--lack of concern for our personal safety--he says he picked up the keys that night, but we have no proof until he dropped off the keys the following morning. 5pm on Monday to 9:30 am Tuesday the keys were unaccounted for. I cannot trust that he picked them up simply because he said he did.2) did not personally deliver keys to a shipping center--he just dropped it off at a generic shipping location, lack of concern for security/delivery of items until the next morning after repeated requested for overnight shipment.3) Did not inform of unwillingness to fulfill request--lack of customer service, and in fact, he appears to have knowingly sabotaged our plans.4) Finally, he insulted my father and I; this is what actually led to the Revdex.com complaint. I have emails of him calling me a "jack as*" and my father, Daddy.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to pay for locksmith to replace the locks. He also needs to acknowledge that his behavior regarding shipment caused a delay from 7/2 to 7/6, which completely destroyed our 4th of July plans. He did not inform us of his unwilling to shipment via overnight service, something we could have generated a label for, but he nonetheless, took it upon himself to delay shipment:Estimated delivery : Mon 7/06/20157/01/2015 - Wednesday 10:41 pm Arrived at FedEx location SACRAMENTO, CA
