I contacted and spoken with someone over 15 times regarding a program that I paid for that I still don't have access too almost a month after it's already started. I constantly keep getting told I will get called back or emailed about the money they collected, but two months has past and not a peep. Save your time and money. These people speak jive, not business.

Delivery If the service doesn't exist... which appears to be the case, I'd like a refund.
ON February the 4th 2019 Mr *** was part of a small test group of clients to pre order our 501c3 Course. Unfortunately There were still major technological issues with the course and on March XX XXXX Mr *** did receive a full refund of the discounted price he paid for the course. Our office have email correspondence between Mr *** and our support team confirming receipt of his full refund. . I am glad to say that we have rectified the issues with the course and now have over 193 New Start Up None Profits in the course and receiving grants and funding. We are happy to have had this situation resolved. swiftly
Dean Cole Financial DCFI Online refused to reset my password and continued to charge my credit card with providing the product content I paid for. I purchased the product Jan 21 2018 and have not been able to login since
June 30th 2018. I have contacted customer support numerous times and gotten nowhere. Very unhelpful. The business does not return calls.
Refund the full purchase price to my credit card. They are obviously running a scam.
On January 21st 2018 Mr *** was our 748th customer to enroll into our online self paced course. Mr *** immediately had access to the course and our records show that Mr *** enrolled into our course at 1:24pm and took his first lesson at 1:45pm showing that he had access to his course. Mr *** understood that our online course is a 12 month contractual agreement and that if you do not pay your monthly tuition you will not have access to the course material Mr *** started to be come delinquent on his payments June of 2018. Mr *** access was denied and was not restored to him until July of 2018 when he contacted our office which are the instructions sent on each email. I am happy to say that we have rectified this situation with me *** and all parties are satisfied
