I have contacted this customer and told him I will go and fix his door and windows, yet he still batter's me here on the Revdex.com. Funny how all of these problem come four months after I finish the jobI am a small business, have been glazing for years and always complete what I am contracted to do, just as I did with *** ***If Any Consumers out there want a reference I have a list of them call me any timeAnd *** please stop attacking my business, I will come fix your doorJust like I said I would in My emails

I DID TALK TO THE COMPANY AND WAS LIED TO AND SAID THAT THE PARTS THAT WOULD MAKE THESE HEAVY WINDOWS WOULD BE EXTRA

In this contract with [redacted] it specificly  states that the only work to be done is to change out the Insulated glass units, which were DS clear( double Strengthed) over DS clear glass. This Glass was replaced with !/8'' grey Glass over 1/4''...

laminated glass to Dampen the sound coming from out side. This glass most certainly did dampen the sound. This of course is not SOUND PROOF.  Initially I had recommended that we only do The livingroom and Master Bedroom  to see how well it work. [redacted] insisted on doing the entire house , which consisted of 80 panes of glass.
[redacted] second complaint is for the springs in the single hung windows not working, ''Only two of these windows were not working '' Said [redacted]'s friend [redacted], after I spoke to him about the matter. [redacted] refered [redacted] to Me. [redacted]s house was built I believe in the late 90's and his vinyl window
are not of the highest quality, even the highest quality windows after 10 to 15 year single hung springs will stop working.Changing out the springs was not in the contract .  This complaint has nothing to do with the work I did! He complained about the price but I was $2000.00 less than the other quotes he received , also I finished the job on time with the up most professionalism and courtesy . This complaint came four month after I completed this job. I have a five star rating from "The Home Advisors Pro'' for customer satisfaction and have never had one complaint
about work I have done from any of my General Contractor's down to the little window replacement job's in the 2 years I have been in business for myself. This is Slander! Review: IN AUGUST A FRIEND OF MINE RECOMMENDED A PERSON THAT DOES WINDOW GLASS REPLACEMENT. I WANTED TO REPLACE THE WINDOWS, SO THE HOUSE WOULD BE MORE QUITE DUE TO THE NEIGHBORS NOISY ANIMALS. MY FRIEND AND THE WINDOW PERSON TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A LOT MORE QUITE (WHICH TURNED OUT NOT TO BE TRUE). IN SEPTEMBER THE WINDOWS WERE REPLACED AND SO WAS THE GLASS IN THE BACK DOOR. AS THE WEEKS WENT ON IT WAS GETTING HARDER TO CLOSE THE BACK DOOR. SOME OF THE WINDOWS WON'T STAY UP AND OTHERS ARE HARD TO OPEN. DUE TO BACK SURGERIES I DIDN'T TRY TO OPEN THE WINDOWS MYSELF. [redacted] FROM THE GLAZING COMPANY WAS NOTIFIED BY MY FRIEND FIRST AND THEN I CONTACTED HIM TOO. IF [redacted] HAS BEEN A GLAZER AS LONG AS HE SAID HE HAS HE SHOULD KNOW THAT THE GLASS WAS HEAVIER AND HE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION THAT HE HAD TO ADJUST THE FRAMES SO THERE WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM.Desired Settlement: [redacted] SHOULD SEND SOMEONE ELSE OUT AT HIS EXPENSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM ESPECIALLY SINCE I SPENT SO MUSCH IN THE FIRST PLACE.
