Dean Family Service

I called my warranty service on a Friday at 3 P.M. before the Memorial Day weekend. They set me up with an AC company but they couldn't get here until Tuesday after the holiday. I called them back and they set me up with Dean Family who could come out the next morning. Their tech, [redacted], said I needed a new motor. He couldn't get a new motor until Tuesday morning. Monday, Memorial Day, I got a call from Dean rep who said [redacted] would be out the next morning. [redacted] switched the motor in less than an hour and it runs perfectly. I have to admit, that when I read the reviews, I was very nervous but I have to say Dean Family Service was there for me and I highly recommend them.

The company scheduled right away, showed up on time, and repaired my air conditioning with no problems.

They came out on a Thursday and my A/C was frozen. I was advised to turn it off and they would be back on Friday. No one showed up nor was I called. They also never answered the phone for ne or the warranty company. Late Saturday Dean A/C finally called to advise they would,be out Monday. I had already scheduled someone else for Sunday. Worst customer service ever.

Every Review here is due to a home warranty claim. It is sad that people negatively review this company based on a company that they work for. People, you need to negatively review the warranty company, not this company that has done so much good for so many people. I have used this company for 8 years and have always had the best experience. They are professional, responsible, courteous, and reasonable priced.

This company was great, took really good care of me

I want to recommend Dean family service for excellent and prompt service of our air conditioning unit it has been a month and it is very cool and working more efficiently highly recommend to everyone
